Die Inschrift besteht aus 4 Fragmente, wovon 2 aneinanderpassen, um die obere linke Ecke des Monuments entstehen zu lassen und die restlichen 2 aneinanderpassen , um die untere Hälfte zu bilden. Die Gesamthöhe des Monuments war etwa 0.91 meter.
