"Milestone found in c. 1930 during repairs to the churchyard-wall at Gwaenysgor (SJ 075 810), 2 km SSE of Prestatyn, and reburied when it was seen to be inscribed It was rediscovered in 1956 when some cottages near the church were demolished." (RIB 3522)
