Maiuri bietet keinen Text. - Zur Deutung der defixio vgl. die Paraphrase bei P. Ciprotti, Helikon 4, 1964, 304 und die Interpretation bei M. Elefante, PP 40, 1985, 434-443. - Der Inschriftenträger ist einer echten Fluchtafel nachgebildet, die Ordinatio nimmt Rücksicht auf den clavus inmitten des Inschriftfelds.
