Die Tafel war in 9 Teile gebrochen, die heute verschollen sind. Vor dem ersten Buchstaben in Z. 1 war ein Christusmonogramm eingemeißelt. Z. 2: Nach beatissimus Reste dreier senkrechter Hasten.
