Die Inschrift besteht aus drei Fragmenten. Die Maße des Fr. b sind: Höhe: -64; Breite: -53; Tiefe: 15. Die Maße des Fr. c sind: Höhe: -64; Breite: -100; Tiefe: 15. Schreibtechnik: litterae aureae (in Buchstabenbettungen); erhalten sind jedoch nur die Buchstabenbettungen.
