Commentary
Zwei aneinanderpassende Fragmente einer Tafel, vertikal in der Mitte des Inschriftfeldes zersägt. Gefunden in Sekuhdärverwendung als Deckplatte einer Hypokaustheizung. Reste von roter Farbe in den Buchstaben. Zeile 1: VS-Ligatur. Datierung: Wiederherstellung des Amphitheaters, Carnuntum noch municipium. (B): AE 1901: Z. 4: [A]mphithea[tr]um; Vorbeck; Humer: Leseabweichungen.
