Die Inschrift befindet sich auf der Vorder- und der Rückseite; Rückseite vermutlich später (2. Hälfte 1. Jh. n. Chr.?) als die Vorderseite beschrieben. Ergänzungsvorschlag nach AE 1996. (B): Gotovac; AE 1992; Cambi; AE 1996: kleinere Abweichungen in Lesung/ Ergänzung.
