3 Inschriften, verteilt auf die Vorderseite (a), die rechte Schmalseite (b) und die Rückseite (c). Buchstabenhöhe bezieht sich auf a; Buchstabenhöhe b: 3 cm, c: 2 cm. Inschrift a: unterhalb der Inschrift tabula ansata mit Kreuz im Feld und Α und Ω in den ansae. Inschrift b: unterhalb der Inschrift ein Kreuz. Inschrift c: Leerraum von mehreren Zeilen zwischen Z. 3 und 4.
