Gefunden im Kloster Sv. Nikola. Offenbar mindestens einmal wiederverwendet, wobei die spätere Inschrift rechts von der älteren angebracht wurde. Ergänzungen: unsicher; nach Vorschlägen von Hirschfeld und Beševliev.
