Die Inschrift verteilt sich auf 2 nebeneinanderliegende Inschriftfelder; darüber ein Bildfeld mit einer weiblichen Halbkörperbüste (links) und einem Mann, der ein Pferd führt. Z. 1 (Anfang), Z. 2 (Anfang), Z. 6 (Anfang): Buchstabe V in Form eines auf dem Kopf stehenden A. Buchstabe F in Form von K. (B): CIL III, Tuhelka: Z. 1: Crescenti/nus; CIL III, Sergejevski: Z. 6 (Ende): p(ro) p(ietate) f[e]c[erunt?].
