Commentary
Die Rasur weist auf eine damnatio memoriae hin, weshalb eine Datierung der Inschrift in das 1. Jahrhundert naheliegt - in Frage kommen Caligula, Nero und Domitian (s. Walser). Z. 3: ""D"" wahrscheinlich, Z. 6: Ansatz einer zweiten Haste nach ""CAI"". (B): Z. 5: Schultheß vermutet ""ad canab]as Vi[ndonissenses]. Autopsie R. Wiegels.
