Zwei eingetiefte Felder übereinander; in einem ein Kreuzzeichen, im anderen die Inschrift. Z. 2 setzt die Inschrift kopfüber oberhalb von Z. 1 fort. Ligatur NV gleicht einer NN- Ligatur; am Ende ein Kreuzzeichen.
