Wahrscheinlich ist der genannte Kaiser Septimius Severus. Die Inschrift ist heute nicht erkennbar. Zu den verschiedenen Abschriften s. CIL 17, 04, 00167. Textwiedergabe hier nach Variante b von Roschmann in CIL 17, 04, 00167 (= ILLPRON 1572).
