Mehrere, teils aneinanderpassende Fragmente. Maße beziehen sich auf die Rekonstruktion. Einige zu der Inschrift gehörende Fragmente (Text 2-19) , = Oelschig Nr. 7105.2-7. 9. 11-13. 15. 16. 19. 21-25) lassen sich bislang nicht sicher innerhalb des Textes verorten.
