Die Inschrift befindet sich auf der crepido eines Altarfragmentes. Sekundär verwendet nahe dem sechsseitigen Becken am Südtor des Amphitheaters der Zivilstadt. Z. 1: AV-Ligatur. Aufbewahrungsort nach Vorbeck 1980.
