Der Altar wurde im Zweiten Weltkrieg während des Brands im Mannheimer Schloss vollständig zerstört. Z. 1: MAT-, NI-Ligaturen; Z. 3: AN-Ligatur. Auf den Nebenseiten florale Ornamente.
